Comfortable, spacious and clean property only 25 mins from central - ideal for couples or friends. Positive: Property was a great location, only 5 min walk from Balham tube stop with plenty of amenities just a short walk away including supermarkets, cafes, coffee shops. The property was really spacious (which I'm not used to in London!), very light and airy & was spotlessly clean. We visited during a heatwave and the hosts even provided 2 Shark fans to keep us cool. Kitchen had everything we needed, the two bathrooms were ideal for 4 people and the location was great for anyone who doesn't want to be in the hustle and bustle of central London but can still easily travel there via tube. Would 100% stay again! Negative: Nothing!

The property was very close to public transport and nearby shops and supermarkets. The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything provided that you could need. We loved the spacious living area, the 2 bathrooms and the comfy beds. Negative: There was nothing not to like…we loved staying here!
