Communication with owner outstanding, facility very clean, lication to transpirtstion, coffee, markets etc outstanding!
Positive: Located verrrry well for tube and train! Clean, comfortable, airy…
Negative: Locating the building from the street was tough if your unfamiliar with the neighborhood.

Super séjour, endroit calme et proche des commodités et transports.
Positive: La propreté, le calme et la situation. Les échanges avec le loueur.
Negative: Tout était très bien. Seuls 2 points pour moi à noter pour un meilleur "confort". 1: l'ascenseur en arrêt 3ème étage à pied, 2 table à manger un petit petite pour 4 personnes et lits qui grince.

Great location to access Balham station to see the sites of London. Appartment is very clean and well appointed.

The stuff is so nice, he replied my text very quickly all the time.
Positive: The location is so convenient, so close to underground stations, and shops, coffee and restaurants. And obviously the price much cheaper. The facilities are very good. There has everything which we need in kitchen. The shampoo in the bathroom are very good quality.

Would stay again in the future.
Positive: Great location spacious,clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating, agreeing to allow us to drop off our bags early, and check out a little later which was appreciated. Communication was easy.
