Comfy, great location. Spacious. Positive: The apartment was clean, and spacious. The location was brilliant, easy walk to underground. Obtaining the key was easy as we had been sent a video, and the key code to the apartment worked. Andy was very attentive, and easy to contact. We didn’t use the garage so can’t comment on that, but easily found the keys if we needed it. Beds very comfortable. WiFi was great. I would come back as the faults I’ve mentioned are easy to rectify. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment, and only cooked once. It seemed everything was available kitchen wise, and there were cleaning items available. Negative: The lift not working was a bit of a pain with luggage up three flights, and then having to bring your own rubbish down, and your luggage. Be aware if you’re not able to climb 3 flights with luggage. I’m glad we only had small cases. I understand the lift is not the hosts fault. The en-suite shower was hard to turn off, and twice I had to ask my husband to do it, and he struggled as well. The kick board in kitchen was lying down on the floor exposing the under cupboard area, and a missing drawer cover, exposing the sink. Andy the host did offer the handyman to come, which we declined as we didn’t feel it needed urgent attention, just a cosmetic problem. After a long train delay I was a bit disappointed there was no milk for a cuppa, so we had to immediately go to the shop. There was tea, coffee and sugar available which was great. I think the dining table and chairs are small for this spacious apartment, but that’s me being very picky! The fridge had a lot of condensation at the back inside which soaked into a food box we had put in.

Great access to train and Main Street and great communication with owner thank you Positive: Great layout and furnishings and full kitchen . We were out mostly so didn’t really use all the kitchen offered . Negative: I thought thee was a lift but it wasn’t operational so it is three floors up . Once we had suitcases up no problem but as we were travelling for couple months we had large cases to deal with .it was incredibly warm in uk when we stayed and aircon not common in apartments luckily the apartment supplied fans which were useful .
